It Never Ceases to Amaze Me!...

Are you an artist? Do you make stuff? If you do, do you also have that strange, uncanny experience that you are not at the source of your own creations? I consistently come out of a fog where my eyes are blurry yet I have been painting for many minutes. I remember stepping back from "Queen," one of my most popular and invigorating Culture Portraits and at 1am being close to tears when I saw what I had created. Oh, and in no way being coy or pseudo humble, like ... seriously.
