CUSTOM ART + DESIGN
We work to ensure your final product, design or piece of artwork meets your expectations. Built into our Creative Process are three phases with regular check-ins and status updates (via email or text). To ensure you are satisfied with the final product, it is imperative that you reply promptly to project updates with any modification requests you may have. Custom Arts Studio will make up to 3 modifications per phase at no additional fee. After 3 Modification Requests, an additional fee at a rate of $50/ hour unless otherwise noted.
GIFT CARDS

GIFT CARDS
- No fees are imposed on Gift Cards and they do not expire.
- Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on www.customartsstudio.com
- Gift Cards are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).
- If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, all remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card.
- If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be issued to you as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
- Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the sender with the code for you or your guest can use to redeem your amount
- Custom Arts Studio is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Custom Arts Studio reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
- Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a Custom Arts Studio Gift Card.
RETURNS
While all sales are final, should your product order reach you defective, damaged or incorrect, Custom Arts Studio will replace or refund the order within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom Arts Studio reserves the right to refund a purchase if the product is not in stock, no longer offered in our Collection and/or is on back-order over 60 days.
